Single-Leg Over-Dock Racking
In single-leg over-dock racking, the uprights are offset to stay out of forklifts’ paths, minimizing collisions. This usage clears the way for regular forklift traffic. Due to its offset design, single-leg over-dock racking will require wall ties for structural integrity support.

If opting for conventional over-dock racking, it is highly recommended to install upright guards on each aisle-facing column to protect and reinforce the racking in the event of a forklift collision. Fall Protection
